Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast is a former member of both the Fierce 5 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. In 2012 the team, she won gold at the team events along with the floor workouts. For the balance beam, Raisman received a bronze. This meant that she became the first American at the Olympics who had the most medal count. Her gold medal in the Olympics in 2016 marked the second consecutive gold for the American team. She was, along with fellow teammate Gabby the first Americans to accomplish this accomplishment. Additionally, she took home two silver medals in the floor exercise as well as an individual all-around. It was three years since she last competed in competition gymnastics. She also was part of gold-winning American teams at two World Championships. Aly began gymnastics lessons at age 2 and loves the floor workout. Aly is a part of The Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization in honor and memory of her mother. Aly plans on pursuing an occupation as a designer. Her future goals include the expansion of her signature collection of leotards. Fierce is due to be released in the summer of this year.
